Stewart Scott

Prior to joining Diamond and Associates, Stewart worked in various positions in Philadelphia’s community development sector. At Project HOME, Stewart primarily assisted with preclosing due diligence items and residential coordination for an occupied rehabilitation project in Center City Philadelphia. At Impact Services Corporation, Stewart assisted with pre-closing and MBE/WBE monitoring for an affordable housing project in Kensington, CDFI lending, and managing a real estate-focused community program.

Stewart holds a Master of City Planning from University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Real Estate Development and Design. During his time at Penn, he interned at Philadelphia City Planning Commission, Pennrose, and Urban Land Institute Philadelphia. Stewart also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography & Urban Studies from Temple University. In his spare time, Stewart enjoys taking strolls through the city and exploring Philadelphia’s foodie scene.
