Kimberly Gadzekpo

Kimberly Gadzekpo is an Assistant Project Manager at Diamond and Associates. From starting as in intern in 2024, she assists in supporting the team on various projects in all phases of the project cycle—from drafting information for financing applications to completing documentation and ensuring deadlines are met.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, with minors in Sustainability and Environmental Management and Africana Studies. Prior to joining Diamond, she gained hands-on experience in housing, environmental justice, and community-based research through roles with the Clean Air Council, the Netter Center for Community Partnerships, and the Kislak Center. Her background in GIS, qualitative and quantitative research, and sustainability, informs her work at the intersection of housing, planning, and community development.
