Deborah Kinkead
Operations Manager
Debbie Kinkead is the Operations Manager at Diamond and Associates where she
supports the team and clients with everyday operations. Debbie is a Philadelphia native
and joined the team in July 2023. She knows the importance/need of affordable housing
and is proud to be working with a team with a common goal.
Prior to joining Diamond and Associates, Debbie started as a Vista Volunteer in 1991 at
New Kensington CDC. After finishing her VISTA service NKCDC hired her as
permanent staff. She worked in the Housing Counseling Department, Real Estate
Development, Economic Development, Open Space, and anywhere she was needed to
help the organization grow into what it is today. She enjoyed her 32 years at NKCDC
and joined Diamond and Associates to help support their mission of affordable housing
when she saw the lack of it for the residents that she served through NKCDC.
She is still living in Philadelphia in the same neighborhood where she and her family for
generations lived and that she dedicated her 32-year career to while at NKCDC.
Because of this experience, she understands the importance of affordable housing in
giving everyone the opportunity to live close to their loved ones, regardless of the
housing market.
