Announcing a Leadership Change at Diamond and Associates!

Diamond and Associates is excited to announce a leadership change in 2023! As of March 1, Chris Paul, Esq., will lead the firm as President and Principal.

Chris is one of the affordable housing industry’s leading and most respected professionals. After having initially joined Diamond in 2014, Chris has guided Diamond as a Co-Principal since 2019, growing staffing and expertise and expanding the firm’s reach and impact. Prior to joining Diamond, Chris’s affordable housing development experience included serving as external counsel, in-house counsel, in-house developer/owner and lender, giving her a breadth and depth of experience upon which to draw as she serves Diamond’s clients.

Chris came to work in affordable housing development through work with the unhoused, where she first learned about the housing crisis that persists today. Her entire career has centered on housing and economic opportunity in underserved communities. Under Chris’s leadership, Diamond is poised to build on over three decades of success in supporting affordable housing production and preservation.

Chris is also a leader in the larger affordable housing community. She serves as President of the Board of Directors at Regional Housing Legal Services, where she once worked as a Staff Attorney. In 2013, she also helped to co-found Women in Housing and Finance of PA, co-leading and growing the group over its first nine years of existence.

Diamond and Associates is a real estate development consulting firm supporting nonprofit, for-profit, and public agency developers as they plan, finance, and execute affordable housing and mixed-use developments throughout Pennsylvania and in other states including Delaware, New Jersey, Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia and New York.

Since Roy Diamond formed Diamond and Associates in 1990, the Firm has grown in reach and revenue, while assisting developers in planning, closing and completing over $2.5B in multifamily affordable housing comprising over 110 communities. Diamond and Associates is so grateful to Roy for his decades of leadership and dedication and pleased that Roy will remain a consultant to the Firm.
