McKean County Redevelopment and Housing Authorities utilized 9% LIHTC, PHFA CCRP, PennHOMES, FHLB NY and housing authority funding to rehabilitate and update the sister properties of South Center Street Apartments and Brookline Court Apartments, located in the heart of Bradford, PA. The renovation targeted critical unit upgrades, modernized exterior finishes and roofing, and improved energy efficiency. Administrative spaces were renovated for better accessibility and function, and a new one-story Community Building was added with a 750+ sf community room and full kitchen for resident gatherings.
