Inglis Housing Corporation and Methodist Home for Children utilized 9% LIHTC, Aetna Foundation, and FHLB funding to develop a new inclusive community consisting of 47 affordable, integrated, and supportive apartments in the Wynnefield/Belmont neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. These supportive housing units provide a home for formerly homeless individuals, families, and people with disabilities.
