The York Housing Authority successfully utilized 9% LIHTC, PennHOMES, PHARE, and local funding to complete the second phase of the Homes at Thackston Park project, strategically located in the heart of the City of York, PA. This transformative project has added 50 new units to the community, with a specific focus on enhancing housing options for larger families and offering Project-Based vouchers as well as several units for moderate income families.
