Tryko Partners utilized 9% LIHTC, PHFA CCRP, PHFA first mortgage and local funding to build Cedarwood Homes, a 62+ cottage community offering a mix of low-income and market rate rental units located in the Fairywood neighborhood. This new construction, garden-style community offers easy access to public transportation, beautiful front porches, in-unit laundry and a community room activated with supportive services offered by UPMC.
