Diamond and Associates was founded in 1990 in Philadelphia, PA. Initially only serving the greater Philadelphia region, we now serve national, regional, and local non-profit developers, for-profit developers, and public sector entities across multiple states.
SINCE 1990
We are a skilled, successful provider of affordable housing development advisory services focused on the planning, packaging, financing, structuring, closing, construction, leasing and/or sale of affordable, multifamily housing development projects.
Since 1990, we have supported the development of over 15,000 completed affordable apartments, comprising $2.5 billion in development work, for seniors, families, and people who require supports.
